All buildings come with at least 2 attached runners, double wood doors with a locking T handle, 16" center floor joist & wall studs and 2' center rafters. Any additional doors, windows etc. will be an extra charge.

An additional 15% HST will be added to the cost.

We charge a delivery fee of $2.00 +HST per km

An extra set up fee of $350.00 will be applied only if needed by customer (Which includes: supplied and set up 18" X 18" cement blocks and leveling the building up to 6 inches).
